Lisa Diaz Nash's Birthday Bash for Small Businesses
Birthdays are times to celebrate and look forward to the future. They also are a time to acknowledge good fortune and give back to your community.
To celebrate Lisa Diaz Nash’s birthday, support her campaign for San Mateo City Council, and continue Lisa’s longstanding support of San Mateo small businesses, we are throwing her a “Birthday Bash for Small Business!”
Join us virtually on Sunday, October 4, 4pm-5pm PT, to celebrate Lisa’s birthday and raise funds for her campaign and the San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business Action Center. Lisa’s campaign will donate 25% of funds raised to the Center to offer critical resources and consulting services so small businesses can succeed in this COVID-19 economy.
See our video of a few of the amazing small businesses in San Mateo we are supporting.
Individual ticket levels range from $50 to $500
There also are Business Sponsorship opportunities available.
Albert Leffler, Ticketmaster's founder, will be joining Lisa's virtual Birthday Bash for Small Business on Sunday, October 4th, 4pm-5pm PT, to show his support and share insider stories of how he built his start up into the international brand powerhouse we know today. You won't want to miss this!
Richard Draeger, Owner of the Peninsula’s beloved Draeger’s Market, will also be joining as a Special Guest Speaker!
Draeger’s is a Peninsula institution where you go for the highest quality goods and for that “impossible to find” something you need to make your meal a success. Draeger’s commitment to the highest customer service also has kept them growing in good times and bad.
Listen to Richard’s Draeger’s stories and ask him what you’ve always wanted to know about one of our favorite Peninsula small businesses. Together with Albert Leffler, founder of Ticketmaster, you will get to listen to two successful veterans talk about what small businesses need to grow, and trade “war stories” that should keep us all wanting more!
Ballots will be mailed starting October 5th. So this is one last chance to help Lisa pay for the social media and direct mail needed to share her winning message of “building a better San Mateo” and support all the small businesses who are the heart of our community and our recovery!
Thank you, and we’ll see you on Oct. 4th!
