The formal Planning Application (PA-2025-063) has been submitted to the City for the 220 W. 20th Avenue development. It proposes the demolition of an existing one story 28,500 square foot office building and the construction of a new 7-story multi-family residential building with 232 rental residential units, on a 1.54-acre parcel located at 220 W. 20th Avenue. The project includes a density bonus request and is providing below market rate (BMR) units as outlined below to increase the maximum allowable density under State Density Bonus Law.
Summerhill Apartment Communities held a Community Meeting this week with the residents of next-door Corte Bella Apartments to review the plans and address specific concerns about traffic, parking and impact on the neighbors. Summerhill will continue to meet with neighborhood groups and refine their design based on their input. More information is available on the project's What’s Happening In Development page.

Can I ask why the rest of West 20th Avenue was not invited to the meeting at CorteBella?
We will all feel the impact of this project.
The entire neighborhood should have been included.
And there is not a mention of a meeting on the city website?
Shouldn't that be public knowledge and notice?
