Neighborhood Coffees

April Neighborhood Coffee

I was hosted in April at The Towers by Carol and Tom Gillett, two active Baywood neighbors. They gathered a great group from across the complex. The discussion focused largely on the proposed residential developments at 1 E. 4th Avenue and 230 S. El Camino Real – design, height, impact on traffic, street parking and general quality of life. As mentioned above, mark Monday, May 12, 6pm, if you wish to attend a neighborhood briefing on the 1 E. 4th Avenue development. Zoom info provide in the following Community Updates blog post.

Readers, please reach out if you’d like to organise a coffee for your neighbors in District 1. It’s not a lot of work, and it can bring a lot of benefits to all of us. Thanks.
