Upcoming Study Sessions (5:30pm)
Community Survey - 3.3. Presentation of results of a citywide, statistically significant resident survey to measure attitudes towards a host of San Mateo attributes and how resident sentiment is changing over time. This drives the prioritization of the City’s work.
General Fund Reserve Policy - 3.17. Examine the City’s current General Fund Reserve Policy and discuss if there should be changes to the current 25% reserve level requirement.
Regular Meetings (7pm)
Adoption of Blue Sky Goals - 3.17. Make any final edits and formally adopt the City Council’s 2025/2026 strategic goals.
Housing Element Progress Report and Housing Element Code Amendment Land Use, General Plan Implementation - 3.17. Receive a report on the status of housing applications, as well as discuss and potentially approve some amendments to specific properties to ensure compliance with the General Plan 2040.
Central Park Playground - 3.17. Receive a report on negotiations on the redevelopment of the Central Park Playground and potentially approve it to go forward.
