The neighborhood meeting for this project was held on Monday, May 12, beginning at 6 p.m. with an overview of the project, including the location, concept, elevations, and floor plans. On May 12, 2025, the Cities of San Mateo and Burlingame held a joint public meeting at the Burlingame Community Center to address resident concerns about speeding on Barroilhet Avenue, particularly near its intersection with Occidental Avenue.
